Where We're Staying
tenuto di murlo: umbria
The Murlo Estate is one of the most exclusive private country estates in Italy, owned by the same family for generations. Renowned for its thousands of hectares of immaculate woods and olive groves, and for its superb valleys, lakes, and rivers, it is the perfect place for a relaxing and tranquil holiday, offering a high level of comfort and elegance. The Estate offers a unique and welcoming place where nature meets luxury and is perfectly situated to explore wonderful Umbrian and Tuscan Hill towns.
fonte de’ medici: Tuscany
Fonte de' Medici is an old village dating back to the 15th century, located in the heart of the Chianti Classico area and immersed in vineyards. The proximity to Florence and Siena, the beauty of the Chianti countryside and its eno-gastronomic richness, the refinement of the furnishings, and the attentive hospitality make Fonte de' Medici a unique place. All this comes with views of Tenuta Tignanello, framed by the stunning Chianti Classico landscape, and the Valle della Pesa in the distance.
What We're Doing in Tuscany & Umbria
Our itineraries are carefully crafted to give you a balance of planned group activities and free time to spend at leisure. For example, one day we’ll take you on a local adventure such as visiting a winery, but then that evening you’re free to do dinner wherever you choose (on your own or with other travelers!) Other days, you’ll have mornings to yourself before the group comes together for afternoon activities or dinners together.
But don’t worry… even with the free time you’re given, our team is here to equip you with ample suggestions and additional opportunities to sign up for, so you’re never short of things to do.
For more details on our list of activities, see the pricing and inclusions list below.

UNIQUE CONSIDERATIONS FOR Italy
You’re up for car rides. We’ll be taking rustic, country roads to venture to these local experiences. Those who are prone to car sickness should proceed with caution.
You enjoy a wide range of food. While we do our best to accommodate dietary requirements, please note we’ll be making the most of the local cuisine (which is heavy on rustic, hearty dishes and truffles).
