Where We're Staying

With its relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere, beautiful pool, and prime location, it’s an ideal place to slow down and savor the glamorous, timeless magic of the island.
Perched dramatically into the cliffs above the Tyrrhenian Sea, Grand Hotel Tritone is the quintessential Amalfi Coast hideaway, with sweeping coastal views, lush gardens, and a private sea platform reached by elevator. This spectacular property captures the romance of the coast at its best: secluded, sophisticated, and surrounded by the kind of scenery that makes you never want to leave.
What We’re Doing in Amalfi
We’ll begin with one night in the increasingly sought-after city of Napoli, the vibrant and wonderfully authentic heart of Southern Italy. Here, bustling streets, centuries-old traditions, incredible food, and a distinctly local energy offer the perfect introduction to the region.
From Naples, we’ll make our way to Capri for two nights on this legendary island, where glamour and natural beauty meet. Think leisurely mornings overlooking the Mediterranean, wandering through charming streets lined with artisan boutiques, lingering over long lunches, and discovering the island’s spectacular coastline. We’ll enjoy a private day on the water, exploring less frequented spots, dramatic sea caves, and the sparkling Tyrrhenian Sea at our own pace.
Then it’s off to Praiano, the quieter, more intimate jewel of the Amalfi Coast. Perched dramatically between Positano and Amalfi, Praiano offers breathtaking views, colorful hillside homes, and a slower rhythm that invites us to truly settle in. We’ll spend two nights surrounded by the beauty of the coast, with time to savor local cuisine, sip limoncello, explore nearby Amalfi and Positano, and soak up those unforgettable Mediterranean sunsets.
This trip is all about sophisticated coastal living, authentic Southern Italian culture, and experiencing the magic of Naples, Capri, and the Amalfi Coast in total elegance and style.

Leading our second Atlas Adventures Privè trip to the Amalfi Coast is Sarah Kate, American by birth and Italian at heart. With a deep and genuine love for the Italian language, culture, food, wine, and everyday way of life, Sarah Kate has spent decades immersing herself in what makes Italy so endlessly captivating. From the traditions and regional nuances that vary from one town to the next, to the incredible diversity of Italian cuisine and its eclectic wine culture, she brings a thoughtful, personal perspective to every destination.

If this trip needs to be cancelled for any COVID 19 reasons (see below) we will reschedule (or, your funds can be applied to a future Atlas Adventures trip):
